Hi all - I've got a recent diagnosis of cranial spondylitis so neck pain due to worn discs, but had a nerve study done to eliminate neuropathy and it came back fine. Since then I've been in lots of pain. I can't walk far as I get cramp in my toes and they go numb . My hands ( I've got severe Dupytrens in both ) are very sore, my wrists ache, my forearms really ache my shoulder is aching but the doctor says it's not neuropathy. I'm currently on a TENS machine for the spondylitis as the pain killers I've tried affect me badly. I've tried gabapentin, pregabalin, topiramate, amatriptiline, noratriptiline, dulloxetine and the best was topiramate - it has the least side effects anyway but didn't do much for the pain. My pain consultant thinks I've Raynaud's, too but I think it's neuropathy. Don't know where to head next.
