New A1c Result.

I dislike being diabetic and two heavy I am 80kg and want to get down to 50 kg very soon.
Hi to all,

I got a letter from hospital saying that my A1c is now 8.5 which is better than it was in my last A1c results.
Better in fact for the past 2 years just by eating healthily.

I am really pleased to have made so much progress and feel a lot better for it.

Good to hear that @Diligent500! Stick with the healthy eating and you should get even lower at your next HbA1c test. :)
