It's the decadent choc cake I mentioned in another thread.
No flour at all. The rising is done by eggs.
I changed the recipe by using 6 tablespoons of truvia rather than the 180g the recipe says, 100g of 85% cooking choc from asda or Tesco (the one with 17g of carbs in the bar) and using orange flavour instead of vanilla.

What's your favourite version? I'm going to give one a go for Easter. Mind you, I might have to do a few trial runs before I present to the family! ;-)
My fave is the choc orange. The flavouring is a lot higher in carbs than peppermint but it's only a teaspoon so doesn't really matter.
The cupcakes didn't turn out well as the paper stuck to the bottom.
