Not sure I like the new look to the forum. (App)

If I write a long post, I have to do it blind coz the screen doesn't scroll down past a certain point.
Posts are hard or impossible to edit for the same reason. - And why is the date backwards???

Is it just me, or is this a bit strange?

Yes I have the same problem with posting blind. I sent Giv a message about it this morning!

I dont or rarely use the app but re the date and time cant that be changed in "your Preferences" or somewhere, it is usual for the date to be in various formats to suit all countries. Have a look in the apps settings.

Re the time is it set for BST?

The time and date are set on the forums server. So not user changeable

You can set the date and time zone in board preferences

I am an idiot, but where do I find board preferences? All I can find is settings

Tap on the cogwheel icon and choose 'User Control Panel' then choose 'Overview' and it's in the list there.
All very well hidden ;)

i don't have that page either. I have settings but nothing like above pic. Is there a difference between android and iphone ?

Sorry I'm also an idiot! Where's the cog wheel button, the only one I see is for settings and that doesn't bring up board preferences

Ah... seems it's not always visible :(

If you see an icon with 3 bars at top left of page that will bring out the side bar. Settings is right at the bottom of the list

Edit: That seems to be different. I'm getting lost now :(

That's probably why I can't find control settings on the settings button as I'm using the app on my iPhone. Will look on my pc later for it

Ah the reason the date is the wrong way is because our app is developed by a Chinese company. I've had a few people message me about the issue when writing long posts as well.

Both the concerns with the date and long posts will be forwarded to our developers. If there's any other issues, please let me know :)
