Looks like there are going to be lots of questions,well back to cleaning the bathroom.

Oooooo don't remember being naughty, will have to go back into settings and twiddle stufff

Oh lord, I just pressed the report button by mistake,so cancelled, reply and report buttons are a little too close :oops:

I'm great thank you. Hows yourself? Been for my normal walk to town and back, had dinner and then did 15 minutes jogging on the treadmill. Pigged out last night with 2 yes 2 large bowls of ice cream covered in berries, felt really guilty but woke this morning to a 6.5 fasting reading. Also last night was my first night of not having to take my Atorvistatin tablet.:happy:
 
Well I don't know, had to change my avatar again so mebe I checked the wrong boxes, blast it
