I'm great thank you. Hows yourself? Been for my normal walk to town and back, had dinner and then did 15 minutes jogging on the treadmill. Pigged out last night with 2 yes 2 large bowls of ice cream covered in berries, felt really guilty but woke this morning to a 6.5 fasting reading. Also last night was my first night of not having to take my Atorvistatin tablet.
Feeling a lot better thanks, glad you are using your treadmill,oh ice cream bet that felt great missing ben and jerrys cookie dough.
Yes you took my monitor that was my reading this morning lol.
What is Atorvistatin tablet.

One little thing though @admin, I would of liked to see some new smilies, like a hello wave, clapping hands, a dog ( as so may here are dog lovers) a hug, thumbs up :D something along those lines. I think I only use about a quarter, and some I don't get at all
The animated gif smilies may disrupt a few things but I'll look in to it for the next release.

I use the website as it's better than the app (in my opinion). I'm finding it very jerky and slow at the moment.

The like buttons etc have been moved

On the Recent threads page, which is the one I use, the thread titles stay in bold even after you've read the last post, although the last poster's name goes "unbold".
I've actually found an improvement in performance on my phone. May I ask what phone you're using, so we can look in to optimising a little better?

New posts : Gone!:(

No pre-warning of SCHEDULED maintenance Some would have been nice!
(was trying to show HCP thigs on site!)
Sorry! I really had to jump in and take advantage of the opportunity to throw in a few updates that have been in the works for a while, so it wasn't really scheduled as such. Will try my best to give a little notice next time though, and apologise for any inconvenience.

no 'New Posts' ?
@CollieBoy this should cover your second question too: that's now Recent Posts - New Posts was doing pretty much the same job, so they kind of made one another a little redundant. If this is an issue, I can just change the title of that particular page back to New Posts.

It would seem I only 'flash' for the select few then :p :D
Haha! The flashing actually indicates that a member is currently online - it looks like it's not working on mobile right now but I'll look into that.

Well I don't know, had to change my avatar again so mebe I checked the wrong boxes, blast it
Unfortunately due to the way we did our upgrade, some members may have had their avatars rolled back to previous versions. Sorry about that.

OMG, now what!!! It's all gone fuzzy. Must be something to do with all the power those bloody bulbs are consuming:mad::mad:

What browser are you using, and do you have any extensions/addons running on that browser?

There are no members online under my profile have you all gone?
Are you referring to the home page? Can anyone else confirm this is happening for them?

Now everybody knows I stayed at yours last night.:D
What is Atorvistatin tablet.
It's what I have to take at night, something to do with keeping cholesterol down, but seeing as my cholesterol level was normal from before taking the meds, I didn't see why I should need them. I'm stopping them on a 2 week trial (agreed with GP). Then another blood test to check whether it is them that is giving a high reading in my liver results.
