New HbA1c results are in

Hi Everyone
Just got my latest HbA1c results in and I’m pleased to say they are at 5.6 or 38mm . That’s down from 39 at my last one in August . So that’s s nice Crimbo present . I know it sounds a bit braggy but I’m so pleased with it all just had to share .

well you have every right to feel great about it .becauseyou have been making every effort to reduce the affect of this desease rather than just
sitting back and relying on medication only . Keep it up and well done
