New HbA1c results are in

Hi Everyone
Just got my latest HbA1c results in and I’m pleased to say they are at 5.6 or 38mm . That’s down from 39 at my last one in August . So that’s s nice Crimbo present . I know it sounds a bit braggy but I’m so pleased with it all just had to share .

Merry Christmas to everyone . I’m celebrating in the pub and bottles and bottles of champagne and brandy when u get home with the dinner . Decided m gonna push the boat out today and sort out the consequences later on . Within reason of course . Maybe push out the canoe .

Share all you like, it's an outstanding achievement. I remember when you first showed up here a while back feeling pretty grim. Just shows what you can do when you have to.
