morning/ evening and 1hr and 2 hrs mark after eating.
We need to know the difference between right before a meal and 2 hours after first bite. Otherwise the numbers you've got are absolutely useless. If the difference is more or less than 2.0 mmol/l, that'll tell us whether your insulin-response is alright, yea or nay.

You are actually reading our responses, right? As for what you're eating, it's pretty high-carb, (cereal, toast, dunno what you eat with your meat, but if it's spuds, rice or pasta that's high in carbs too). So that could explain any high readings and could possibly explain any RH symptoms, if that's what it is. If you go low carb and you still get tremors and the like, then it's not RH.

yes I have read the replies 2 and three hours after the start of the meal. and right before i have tried during the 1st 2 hours too and it some times drops around 1 hour and continues to rise for a good few hours 4/5 hours after.
