Another who likes pancakes here . I do have low carb pancakes occasionally- they are not like the real thing but I add cream and sugar free maple syrup so that helps

I'm a fellow type 2 and have quite a strict keto diet usually. Yesterday was my son's wedding so had a little but of a pretzel. Still low carb enough but more than usual.
