Hi charlie and welcome to the forum.

Forgive my ignorance. Are you talking about ulceration or foot drop?

You'll find them on the ends of those two long dangly things hanging from your bum ... maybe not so long in your case ... dunno.gif

I'm charlie0645 known diabetics with AKA on the left foot.
Hiya Charlie hope you learn and teach while you're here and have some fun.
Afraid since I got here my ignorance has been magnified so I'm only learning at the mo ... and enjoying the place.

Oh, sorry to hear that, that must have been a terrible shock for you.

AKA-above knee amputee
It's my big fear mate since I was diagnosed.
I have toes that haven't moved for a few years but that is to do with nerve damage in my spine.
Now and again get sores on my legs that itch burn and bleed and I'm told they are to do with the diabetes.
There's a meeting about me at the local hospital this week to decide whether I l have a spinal operation that might work ... might not and might possibly cripple me below the waist ... I'm dreading it but I'm saying yes if it's offered.
Fed up of the pain and the drugs.
