Hi all. My name is Richard nickname Softie. I am a type 1 Diabetic. at the ripe old age of 44. I was diagnosed at the age of 13, after a road traffic accident, I was a part time milkman.I am now on an insulin pump, and have been since September 2013. My diabetes has drastically changed for the better.

Thanx for the welcome. i drive a 4x4 and was looking for a name for the radio's. Because we have a stff x lab byb the the name of Softie. Who is my guardian angel, it was obvious that i take his name. So i was known as Softiebear. but Softie for short.
