Hello. I have a nurse taking my be level every morning at seven and it is consistently 7. Is this good as she says it is? Thanks.

Hi Suechin and welcome to the forum. It’s difficult to say how good those levels are without knowing what type of diabetes you have and any meds you are on. If you’d like to fill in your profile details that’ll guide advice offered to you.
In the meantime, this may help:

This also might be helpful, it’s our useful info post:

Hi Suechin,

I agree with Rachel- one reading alone isn't enough to give you any idea of how your diabetes is going Is the reading before any food?

The information in the links posted by Rachel is very useful. You may want to read around. The advice can be very different depending on what type your diabetes is so some more information would be useful.

No matter what type it is though you are very welcome here and there is a lot of information on this site that will help you.

Welcome.
