New & Old Monitor Readings

Hi guys
I have been using a CodeFree Sd boood monitor for over a year after being diagnosed with type 2. My dad gave me it as my doctor said I did not need a monitor but I wanted to see how I was getting on. My dad had been using it for about 2 years.

I brought a GlucosRX Nexus as thought would be good to get a new one finally.

I have Been using it for a few days now but the readings are different. The new one seems to be 0.7 - 1.2 lower readings compared for the CodeFree SD one I had been using.

Can anyone offer any advice on which one to be using?

Hi,

Thanks I have been using it for wake up levels, and 2 hours after food levels. Just to keep a track of things. From what I can work out My levels are Not bad as they are usually between 5.0 and 6.7 in the morning and no higher than 7.9 after meals

I found something similar when swapping from Codefree to a Tee2 (in fact the swap was caused by the Codefree readings).
Readings from the Codefree were on average 1.0 above the Tee2.
Tee2 aligned more closely with my HbA1c test results hence I stuck with it.
