All very interesting. The LCHF shakes I would imagine will be very popular, I have never heard of such a thing??? Anyone tried them?

Many thanks for posting, absolutely. I will forward to an otherwise delightful wonderful GP I know, who I am having ridiculous arguments about lowering carbs for better health with diabetes.... (cognitive dissonance I am sure).

It's a study with very few subjects, but I've learned a lot reading it. Mainly the thing by the end, that tg/hdl is a predictor for insulin resistance. I knew it to be a predictor for CVD, but not insulin resistance.

Sadly, I think I'm an outlier. Tg/hdl=0.97, but a recent FBG of 102 mg/dl.
