It is great that you have found this site. You say you have started using diet to manage the diabetes? What sort of diet do you use?

What inspired you to join this site? I have found this site the best thing about my diagnosis. There are some truely amazing people on here.

I have gone the keto route and my blood sugars are in the normal range. I've lost a lot of weight going keto but still a lot to lose.

At present its just about what i should eat tomorrow prior to a gastroscopy and colonoscopy on Tuesday all i have been told is white food and not to take my metformin and sitagliptin i also dont eat meat
