Hi everyone Im Tracie and I have been diagnosed with diabetes type 2 when I was 30. I am now 43 and on a high dose of insulin twice a day and pills, I can not lose weight and got very very sick a couple of years ago thought I was going to die. i really need help and support with getting my daily tests down which normally range about 12 its getting very hard i dont actually eat alot as i unusally dont have an appetite annyone else feel like this, im so fed up with the world ....
 
Hi Tracie and yes, we all feel like that occasionally. Diabetes is 24/7 unfortunately. However, it can be tamed ( sort of ). OK, you say you don't eat a lot but possibly it's the type of food you're eating ? Can you give us an idea of an average daily food intake. ?

Hi yes I am up around 6am, eat toast at about 9ish when i get to work, then nothing usually until i get home and its normally meat and veg with potatoes, where am i going wrong? I have a bad tolorance for milk produce as sometimes it can make me feel very sick and I can not eat fist thing in the morning. Only been eating breakfast about 3 months now.
