Hi all,
Hi looking for info’ since August last yr my Blood pressure not regulating it is either very low 63/37 or very high 156/76 all within hours of each reading fluctuating up & down so many times daily ( medical profession looking into & tests been & being done)
I have the past 19 days Blood Glucose readings if 10.2, 8.2, 8.3, 9.2, 4.7, 6.8, 7.9, 3.8 & so on ( Carer took Sugar levels after me being extremely thirsty, such dry mouth, confusion, falling asleep, speach just stupid also waking in night drinking over a litre of water & hungry! ) do have a lot of other medical problems) I have a telephone appointment with GP later in week regarding this. Just wondered what those in the know felt, it has been hard working out symptoms as been absolutely all over place with fluctuating Blood pressure making one tired, hot, sweaty, thirsty also menopausal. Any help appreciated am I wasting an appointment another May need?

If you're feeling off, it's never a waste of an appointment. Your blood sugars do seem a tad on the high-ish side, though nothing dramatic or absolutely indicative of diabetes. Since you're experiencing problems though, it's good to get checked out and have a HbA1c done to rule diabetes in or out. Keep in mind that certain medications can raise blood sugars (statins, antidepressants, steroids), so that may be a factor here as well.

You be good to yourself, and keep that appointment. When you know one way or another, do let us know, and if we can help in any way, we're right here.
Hugs,
Jo
