New user of Libre 2

Hi all,

I've had T1D since 2018 and have been successfully using an Accucheck Aviva Expert for blood tests and basal dose calculations for most of that time. I have just started on Libre 2 and wondered what are the options and recommendations for bolus calcs to work alongside this. My specialist pointed me to MySugr, carefully avoiding a recommendation. What are your experiences?

I have to confess I do most of my calculations in my head or on a bit of paper. Then just input into the Libre app on my phone. I ind the one app is more than enough.

I do the calculations in my head. The My Sugar app itself is a good one, much better than the Libre app but you likely won't want to do the double logging (and manual at that) and as Abbott won't open up the API on the Libre to make it compatible with other apps then you're really going to be stuck with that.

I bolus based on experience and inspired guess-work together with an estimate of the carbs being eaten at that time
