@AndBreathe I had my appointment with my livewell advisor on Thursday and it went great as I went from being 24 stone 4 pounds in November to 22 stone 9 pounds. We then discussed my diet and she agrees with my friend in halls that I should eat more protein, eat moderate amounts of fat and low carb. I feel more comfortable eating protein-based foods instead of fat-based foods after discussing with my counselor as to why I could not stick to LCHF.
My blood sugar levels are now ranging from 6 to 11 and I feel more alive and have been told recently that I look great. From next week onwards I will be going the gym for an hour everyday from Monday to Friday, mixing up my workouts so that I am doing upper body on Monday & Wednesday, lower body on Tuesday & Thursday and on Friday I can do any workout. At the weekends I will be swimming in the morning and will be getting in 30 minutes of walking as the swimming pools are a 15 minute walk from where I am.

Thanks for the comment guys.
I'm currently waiting for my breakfast cook which is 2 chickens wrapped in bacon with cheese from tesco. It takes 45 minutes and normally I would have a bowl of cereal or 2 straight away when I get out of bed because its quick and easy.
I feel more hungry in the morning than I do in the afternoon or evening. Plus I might take your offer on the Babybel as i've never tried it before and Tesco are having an offer on Mini Babybel's for any 2 packs for £2.50 from gouda, cheddar, goats cheese and full fat soft cheese.
Also I finally have some mini clip on tupperware to take out with me and what I might do the night before I make a trip out of home is to have a hard boiled egg, a slice of meat and grated cheese already prepared. My parents are proud of my weight loss so far, but they (especially my mum) keep on saying that I should lose 5 or 6 stone when I finish uni in April/May time and I feel pressured whenever they say that I should lose x amount of weight.
My food shop from tesco came and I am confident that the carb cravings will not get the best of me. I've got salmon, mackerel in evo, hot dogs with one hot dog having 1.4 grams of carbs, pork crackling, 60 eggs, pickled beetroot (I don't know why but I love beets now), Mayo, pork chops and mini chedder babybels.
My blood sugar levels have been averaging between 8 and 14. Been having porridge for breakfast for the past week so I think its time to hang it up. I've recently been told that beetroot and cayenne pepper is good for lowering BG levels and I thought to myself, why not give them a try.
Hiya,This morning my levels were a bit high from the alcohol last night, followd by a chippy at 23.4 and just had a nosebleed which I'm going to get checked out and possibly cauterised as it only bleeds in my left nostril.
Hiya,
If you have to have a takeaway - why not go for a kebab instead of chips....the only bad bit will be the pitta bread and by the time you have eaten all the meat, lettice and tomato you most likely wont need it. You could also help yourself by not drinking beer and sticking to shorts with diet mixers...
