I've managed to get my blood sugar levels down to single digits now at 8.6, but I've felt tired and luggish all day long. Tomorrow I'm off to a party where there will be a hot buffet and the host has allowed me to look at the menu and this is what they are offering and: beef chilli, vegetarian quiche, bread rolls, chips, chicken tikka, sweet and sour pork, tomato mushroom and basil pasta, rice and mix green salad. I know to miss out the rice, pasta, bread rolls and chips, but I don't know whether I should have the quiche or sweet and sour pork.
