Hiya Kaffinity, first of all CONGRATULATIONS on all the fab changes you've already made to your health and well being! I think your weight loss is awesome...and we all know it goes on a lot easier than it comes off unfortunately! Your cholesterol levels are gr8 too. About 2yrs ago under 5 was good, then they moved the goalpost to under 4, so you are doing fab! These improvements mean that your BMI is now lower, so you need to get yr doctor to look again at your medication requirements. Tell her/him whats been happening, how you're feeling, your psoriasis and PCOS concerns etc., and I'm sure your meds will be re-adjusted. Your blood glucose levels ARE getting too low at under 4.0, and if you feel light headed or dizzy, SIT DOWN, sip a glass of ordinary cola or pop to get your glucose up quickly, then eat a sandwich to elongate the effect and keep you feeling well. I'd love to know exactly what you did to lose 5 st 5 lbs, and how you did it in only 9 months!? Finally, I'd suggest you make a note of your Q's/concerns, and take it with you 2moro, so you don't 4get 2 mention anything, and make sure all of your concerns are answered to your satisfaction. Best wishes.
