Newbie needs help

Hi all I have had 2 fasting blood sugar test done the first was 8.2 then the next was 8.6. I phoned for my test results today nd they said I need to make a appointment with a diabetic nurse does this mean I am diabetic and if so what type do you think it will be with these fasting results

The numbers seem high but we cannot pre-empt a diagnosis or hazard what would be a guess as to what type if any. Whatever happens let us know please.

Best advice for now is wait till you get a proper diagnosis and then come back here where once we have all the relevant facts we will be able to help you.
