Hi there.
I'm pretty much new to this game, only six months diagnosed with type two, but the ****** has already been at my feet so I must have had problems for a year or so before that.
Anyway, I have taken my life in hand: I walk more (one of my hobbies is rambling ) I do more cardio in the gym & I watch my food like a hawk. I est pretty much everything, but in small portions - about five to seven times a day.
It seems to be working: the blood sugar is going down & so is the excess weight - I have achieved my first target of getting to my top weight in the healthy bracket.
Now if only I could get the blood pressure down it will all be peachy............<font face="Arial"></font id="Arial"><font color="teal"></font id="teal">
