Hi I'm Joules, I'm 54, type 2 on insulin.
I was diagnosed in 2012.
I also suffer from chronic pain syndrome & fibromyalgia.
I also have mental health issues.

Hope you'll be comfortable here. I have my own mental health issues and I've found this to be a pretty darned safe place.
