hello- people here are more than happy to help but we need a little more information to be able to do so.
Specifically- how old you are, what type of diabetes you have been diagnosed with, any symptoms which lead to the diagnosis, whether you test regularly and if so your levels...

Hey @Mintybuddha ,
Depends wholly on what type you are. If a T1, I can't help you because I am clueless. If a T2: before a meal and 2 hours after the first bite. You're aiming for a rise of no more than 2.0 mmol/l. https://josekalsbeek.blogspot.com/2019/11/the-nutritional-thingy.html might be of some help. If T1 though, wait for someone else to chime in.
