Week 4 complete! As of end of Saturday/Sunday morning weigh-in
13st 6.5 lbs (was 15st 2lbs)
Fasting BG was 5.6
Blood pressure is 120/60 (perfect)
Target weight is 12st 8lbs so I need to lose 4lbs a week, not sure if that's do-able.
May have to start exercising
Lost 1-1/2 inches off my neck as now 26" collar (was 17-1/2")
Lost 2" off waist
My clothes don't fit so went out and bought a couple of shirts and 3 or trousers!
First time in years I bought a slim-fit shirt. Hee hee
Still now off all meds
