OK well in that case ND may work for you depending on how you react to hunger.
If you don't handle hunger well then a well formulated ketogenic diet may well be easier to stick to - maybe just eating once per day (intermittent fasting). A number of forum members have done the ND over the past ouple of months with varying degrees of ease so check out their threads in the Low Calorie diet threads. @CherryAA is working on something similar but using an LCHF eating protocol should give similar results her thread is here..
