After getting over the shock, and trying to change my life style, which i have fallen off the wagon once!!
I am finding it difficult to see what I can and can not eat. would appreciate some ideas for lunch, however iit has to be cold i have no where to warm anything up
Just some tips i drink or have a shot of green tea called matcha every morning its great just google it i get it from

really good for lower blood sugar, cholesterol. loosing weight and many more benefits hope it helps.
