Newly diagnosed, er, not

I think you might be classified as one of the 'whatever you are doing, keep doing it' sort.
Since burning the diet sheets I really feel decades younger, and was playing my melodeon for dancing several times a week, and going around the county at weekends, and I am missing it so much. I have always been sensitive to carbs, and although many can manage quite a lot of them, for some people they do seem to poison the system - which was definitely the case for me. The more I was encouraged to eat the 'healthy diet' the fatter, slower and older I became.
