Well everyone, my monitor arrived today!
For reference i ordered the glucoNavii from Home Health. The combined offer link no longer works.
But i ordered my monitor a pack of 5 strips with the discount which worked out i paid for 4 the 5th was effectively free. I ordered 100 lancets and it all came to £50.03. I was super happy at that.
It arrived 2hrs after my breakfast so my first test wasn’t fasted.
My breakfast consisted of
200g Full fat greek yogurt, 50g fresh raspberries and 5g of ground flax seed. A coffee with 50ml of semi milk.
The reading 2 hours after was 7.2
And yes i had also taken my metaformin (which is the devil, cant wait to stop taking it)
But im taking that reading as a positive one!
Do i have my facts right? Should i be happy with that?
