Should I be worried? A lot of the symptoms I think I am experiencing at present is in my head due and but after doing the dreaded 'Google self diagnosis' search they does seem to be a lot of symptoms around diabetes diagnosis with feet.
Hi again. I think others have suggested a book called 'Carbs and Cals' which is supposed to be quite good. Others may post suggestions.Hi @Daibell thank you for the info, I'm trying to learn the carb counting, past few readings have all been around the 4.5 - 6 mark so seems to be going well (touch wood) at present. I don't think I've been factoring in the warm weather at present and the exercise which has been why my hypos have been a little more regular at present. I've always been someone to skip breakfast and have a cereal bar for lunch then really eat a lot for tea so it's a case of spreading the carb intake over the 3 meals now rather than scoffing a days amount at tea time haha. Can anyone recommend an app or book for the carb counting as a novice? Thanks again everyone feeling a lot more positive today!
