Am going to give this a whirl .
1 heaped tsp cocoa (NOT drinking chocolate)
1 heaped ish tsp sugar substitute (I've been using xylitol, and just switched to erythritol)
Boiled water
Cream, pref double, to taste (or powdered coconut cream)
While kettle boils, mix cocoa and sugar sub together with a little water to form a smooth paste.
Add hot water, then a dash of cream.
All quantities variable, to taste.
You may be surprised how much sweetening you need. Makes me realise how much sugar there must be in Dairy Milk!
