Nightmares

Has anyone found that they have a nightmare/crazy dream and when they wake up their blood sugar is low?

I do - I dream about food and eating! Convenient

Yes this has happened before, it's just our bodies way of alerting us to low bg levels.

Yes, reluctant to wake to treat hypo if it is a good dream! ;-) lol

Yep! It's just happened to me! good excuse for a midnight snack though. I dreamt I was having a hypo and couldn't get my meter to work. Weird.
