As a newbie type 2 I am making changes . During the day I can cope by nights are a different matter. I am so hot and add that to getting up frequently for loo breaks I am shattered and crave for a good nights sleep. Has anyone gone thought this and found any solutions? I am 53 female so maybe be menopause related too but this stops me having energy to get exercising and affecting my ability to think straight at work. Wondering if I should have porridge and soya milk at night to try and regulate sugars ??? Any suggestions much appreciated.
