Looks pretty harmless, I take a few supplements but never heard of this one before, did a quick google and doesn't seem to have much coverage with existing type 1 however one article seemed to suggest it would help if there was a pre-disposition to t1d and preventing it, but have found to take anything I read online with a pinch of salt,
Tbh the market is so saturated with supplements that they are always looking for the next big thing to sell.. I take a few supplements myself but more to do with being peri menopause and hormone related, I think it all starts with a good diet, exercise and genetics !
