Hi,
I had a blood test 3 months ago and was told by my dr that my blood sugars were too high. He advised weight loss and diet change.
So I totally changed my lifestyle, cut out carbs, beer and started cycling 5 miles to work. In those 3 months I’ve lost over 2 stone in weight in readiness for a second blood test.
Now I’ve just had a call saying there is no change in my blood results! I’m having a phone call from my gp next week to discuss the next steps.
Is there anything else I can do to help reduce it?
