Type 1 Nocturnal hypos

Recently I have been having frequent nocturnal hypos. Waking up drenched in sweat, confused, dizzy, extremely tired and headaches, but when I check my blood sugar (this normally happens between 1am to 3am) it comes up as high (BS meter says “HI”) when I know I am not high. This is making me extremely nervous to go to sleep. My sugars are normal 10-11 mmol before bed.

My DSN emailed me back and said the doctor at the clinic would like to see me for continuity but won’t be in the clinic till December, and gave me a choice of seeing a new doctor sooner or waiting till December.

I don’t know what to do because I’m so anxious before I go to bed anyway due to EPI (Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency) and now these nocturnal hypos starting up again.
Any advice?
