I am currently working on Non invasive blood glucose measurement through capacitance variation. I would like to know that when sucrose is taken, does all the body parts and tissues show the similar trend in changing their glucose level or the time for showing the change is different for different parts?
Also I want to know the major difficulties associated with the NIR technique.

Hi. I have read previously that the time taken for glucose levels to change around the body thru the blood can vary which is why you can sometimes get a different meter reading if you sample at different points in the body. More than that I don't know.

thanks, but can you tell the reference where i could find the supporting material you said.

Aakash, this is not an academic or scientific site and I think you are looking for research papers so this is probably not the best place to look. You need to be working with medical scientists who can assist with your research enquiries. You might also want to look at the Gluco Wise device which is a non invasive capillary blood glucose device using RF.
