Noodles

I doubt it very much especially for T2, I did a quick search and they are approx 62g carb per 100g. I don’t eat anything above 5g carb per 100g and even then it depends on how much of that 100g I want to eat

You can get Konac noodles that are very low carb or make your own noodles from strips of courgette using a vegetable peeler.
 
If you‘re restricting carbs to control your diabetes I would say no. Here is the nutritional info, they are pretty high carb
