Not getting a break at work

You might want to raise Disability Discrimination Act and a lack of reasonable adjustments for your disability, yes diabetes is a disability under the Act, if still no joy then seek legal advice from a solicitor specialising in DDA.

Good luck

Nurses do fantastic work and its demanding and with little reward to be honest..

Please consider where your health and well being is in this.... it should be top.

If the employers cant value you and give you adequate nreaks to care for yourself as a T1D then you MUST stand up for YOU. You are not valuing your health and wellbeing...

Personally, I would go to GP , explain and ask for help via time iff and get some assistance from. Counsellor to help you re-evaluate how you can bakance your living.

If youhave no trust in unions -does your house insurance have legal cover?? If so, they can give you advice how to take control and ask empoloyers to value you.
