Hello,

Fast approaching 62 and newly diagnosed. Live in the Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire with my partner. It has taken over a month to get my blood sugar down to single figures after an initial high of 31.1 :roll: but am feeling SO much better. Looking forward to reading the various topics on here. :)

Hi rosgrech - Wow that's quite a change! Single figures is where you need to keep things. Keep working at it because its well worth it in the long term to keep clear of diabetic complications. It sounds as though you have come to understand that already.
