Not sure what to do!

Had gestational diabetes in my last pregnancy 32 years ago, on my 60th birthday 9 years ago I was diagnosed with diabetes. Over the last 9 years I have been on Metformin 1g twice daily last year dapagliflozin was added as hba1c was 65 2 months ago Sitagliptin was added as hba1c in march was still 64. Weight is 11 stone 4lbs am disabled with tremor underactive thyroid 100mg thyroxine high bp 164/104 10mg Ramipril high cholesterol 7.7 (to be given statins which I have issues with) my diet is one meal a day cooked by carer I take 14 different medications a day for various reasons (including 3 different pain meds)I don’t know what to do any advice pleeeaasse thanks

Hi @Gail1856 and welcome to the forum. You say you only eat one meal a day? What type of food do you eat? Do you have snacks as well? sorry for all the questions but maybe a change in diet might help. Can you tell us what you eat in a typical day, this will help us make suggestions for you.
