not sure what to do

i have type 2 and was diagnosed 6 months ago, I am not sure whether to test my glucose or not Dr says there is no need, but how do I know what affects me and how can I control it if I don't know what my blood sugar is. this is very confusing.

Think you answered your own question there. You can bet your bottom dollar your Dr would be testing.

Read through the site and learn about what path you need to go on.

I will recommend low carbing and testing!

Im no expert, and im a type 1. However i work with two of the type 2 species and they both test ;-)

And like you say how else will you ever know and i think it will vastly aid control
