:) Too many peanuts and a litre+ of milk a day don't help!
DN said that that LDL was raised because I was eating too much animal fat and cheese. Said I should have a go at lentils instead of fatty meat. At least we didn't have a row this time.

We live and learn... just not from a DN ;)
 
That improvement in trigs is fab.
And the bg reduction is great.
Don't be too hard on yourself. I found that grinding my score down at the bottom end of the scale was FAR more difficult than higher up. Hope that makes sense.
 
Well done, that is an excellent achievement, both HbA1c and trigs.
I agree with @Brunneria it is harder to see huge reductions in HbA1c when there isn't a lot to reduce.
