If you happen to snap the very skinny needle off a cannula inserter when attempting to put the safety cover back on and you think you can't find it, always double check everywhere as otherwise your mrs might sit down, followed by a shrieky scream, hopping about the living room and happen to find it sticking out her bottom, then.shout at you whilst your rolling around laughing.

Oh the perils of diabetes! And not all foreseen either! :happy:
 
Oops,
The moral of this tale (or maybe tail) is not to bother trying to get the cover back on, put it straight in the sharps bin.!
