Good morning everyone
I have couple note

1 Because I am responsible for measuring sugar every week for my association and Measure their blood pressure There was a lady suffering from high blood pressure last week up to 180 I advised her to drink coffee this morning she has just 120

The signal is not the only one there is so much

2 I noticed that diabetics with hyperglycemia heads their fingers are very solid
 
Hi @HICHAM_T2, 1) I would be very careful of measuring someone's BP and advising some form of treatment etc. I assume the 180 refers to the systolic par of the BP reading and the best thing to do is to get her to see her GP.
From various readings about BP measurement I gather doctors prefer to order a 24 hour BP reading so that a 24 hour profile can be used for diagnosis and management, rather than relying on only several measurements taken in the doctor's surgery !!
2) I cannot understand your sentence. Could you please perhaps rephrase it so that we can understand it better please ?

Hi First I thank you for the tip I do not really know Is there a risk in measuring blood pressure for some people

I want to say that those who suffer from a constant high blood sugar level will have very hard fingertips

I don't think it's dangerous to measure blood sugar, it's just that a single figure can be very inaccurate. eg Some people suffer from "white coat syndrome" and have an unusually high reading when a doctor takes their blood pressure, just from stress.
 
Hi again @HICHAM_T2, I have been doing finger prick BSLs since about 1980. I use the inner side of my middle, ring and little fingers of left > right hands to obtain blood samples. These areas develop scars and hardened skin. I am not sure that high BSLs make any particular difference to these areas except I suppose an infection of the skin/finger is a bit more likely.
Also climate and occupation and dare I say it, age, may come into it.
Cold weather certainly dries the skin as does frequent hand washing ( something I jokingly called the 'Lady Macbeth Syndrome'.

Hi @HICHAM_T2, does that mean they all do the cooking. cleaning and washing up. What about use of protective gloves and laying down the law about a hubby's or partner's 'domestic obligations' to provide assistance apart from holding up a newspaper or holding a glass of herbal tea in one hand?
