hi I am using nova mix 30 too since A YEAR . I am just scared that I ll be using this for my life. If I miss one time then it will really makes me feel weak. Pls keep me in your prayers .I want to get rid of diabetes within coming one year. Anyone can get rid of this insulin if he or she excercises daily and has the correct diet ?

Not if you have Type 1 diabetes. There is no cure for Type 1.

Type 1 is an auto immune disease where your body attacks the insulin-producing cells in the pancreas. That's why you need insulin injections - to replace the insulin your body no longer makes.

You can never get rid of diabetes if you are type 1 insulin dependent. You will always require insulin no matter what diet or exercise you try.

Maybe you should visit your GP for a chat and schedule an education session with a diabetes specialist nurse
