7.1 again this morning with Codefree = 6.1 :D My weight is still the same :x so I'm using http://www.fatsecret.com to record my food diary ... it does all the counting for me - carbs, protein, fat, cholesterol ... adds it all up as I go along and tells me how much of my RDI I've had so that I know how much more food I'm allowed and also which food category I need to eat a bit more or less of. This site practically wipes my nose for me! It's incredible. What I like most about it is it's showing me how some sneaky little carbs and fats that I don't want, are finding their way into my diet which might be sabotaging my LCHF regime and stopping me from losing weight. I'm not usually good at filling in things like this, but since I've formed the habits of blood testing and checking food labels for carbs, taking my vits and supplements etc., that's now become second nature and takes me next to no time. So keeping a food diary is my current good habit to adopt and I've got my head round doing that in two days. Haaa's on knuckles and rubs knuckles on chest. :D
