8.1 this morning but ooooooh I was verynaughty last night. I bought a packet of coconut creams yesterday  and I ate not one, not two but six last night with a cup of coffee. That's the first time I've bought biscuits since August and it's because I had such a good HBA1C the other week that I felt 'a couple of bikkies won't do any harm' and I truly intended eating only two, but 2 led to 4 cos you can't eat an odd number, and I don't like the number 4 so I bumped it up to 6. Makes perfect sense to me. See how easy it is to feel entitled to a reward when we've done summat successful? Hmmm ... I've gotta get that outta my head then - that kind of reward and diabetes don't go together. But I don't like seeing that 8 on the meter and I want to see my MFBS way lower than that so I'm going to have to be a bit stronger to overcome the old bikki habit. Still quite a few left in the packet.
